  • Age At least 28 years
  • Experience in the A2P SMS / Telecom / Messaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SMPP, SS7, HTTP APIs and Routing systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux Server (Ubuntu/CentOS), MySQL and Networking.
  • Practical understanding of BTRC regulations & operator compliance.
  • Experience in dealing with Telco operators (GP, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • CCNA / Networking Certification Experience with SMS platforms like: Kannel, Jasmin, Twilio, Infobip, or similar.
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean), Experience in large-volume messaging systems


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Configure, manage, and operate the A2P SMS gateway (SMPP / HTTP / API-based systems).

  • Monitor message traffic, delivery rate (DLR), latency, and throughput performance.

  • Ensure stable, high-speed, and error-free message transmission.

  • Optimize routing for best quality based on operator and traffic type (OTP, Transactional, Promotional).

  • Ensure full compliance with BTRC regulations and operator policies (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk).

  • Monitor and prevent grey routes, illegal traffic, and spam content.

  • Maintain a record of approved content, sender ID, and templates.

  • Maintain operational and technical communication with mobile network operators.

  • Manage interconnection issues, routing failover, and link stability.

  • Work with vendors and technology partners for upgrades and troubleshooting.

  • Provide API and SMPP integration support to corporate/enterprise clients.

  • Troubleshoot delivery issues, DLR mismatch, and performance problems.

  • Provide Level-2/Level-3 technical support to key clients.

  • Manage and monitor Linux-based VPS / Dedicated Servers / Cloud platforms.

  • Handle database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and server optimization.

  • Ensure data security, backup, uptime, firewall, and DDoS protection.

  • Conduct regular system health checks and maintenance.

  • Provide data support to the Accounts & Finance team for client billing.

  • Log in to cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin.

  • Install an SSL certificate to ensure HTTPS security.

  • Upload the website files using File Manager or FTP.

  • Set up and configure the MySQL database.

  • Install WordPress, Laravel, or a custom-built website

  • Recommend and implement system upgrades, new features, and automation.
