Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking talented A Grade Pharmacists to join our dynamic Customer Care Department.
Provide customer support via phone calls and respond to queries across all social media platforms.
Understand customer issues and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.\
Offer accurate information about Arogga’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
Read and interpret a doctor’s handwriting to understand prescriptions accurately.
Possess a solid understanding of the generics and brand names of medicines.
Demonstrate teamwork skills and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
