• Age At least 30 years

• Expert knowledge of 3D modeling (Architectural & Furniture), rendering, and animation software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, and Revit.

• Proficiency in post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator for enhancing visualizations.

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and software like Autodesk Revit for integrated design workflow.

• Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, D5, Lumion).

• High level of precision and attention to detail when translating 2D architectural plans into accurate 3D models.

• Ability to create lifelike, photorealistic renderings with a strong focus on materials, lighting, and textures.

• Excellent communication skills for effectively working with architects, designers, and project managers.

• Experience in a team environment where collaboration with different departments is key to project success.

3D Modeling & Rendering:

• Create high-quality 3D models of architectural designs, including exteriors, interiors, and landscapes, based on architectural drawings and design briefs.

• Develop detailed, photorealistic renderings and visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed Furniture Modeling & Rendering as per design briefs.

Collaboration with Design Teams:

• Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to understand project requirements and ensure that 3D models accurately reflect design intent.

• Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance 3D models and visualizations.

Use of Visualization Software:

• Proficiently use 3D visualization software such as Autodesk 3ds Max (must), SketchUp, V-Ray, Revit, or Rhino to develop detailed models and renderings.

• Utilize post-production tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance visual presentations.

Project Presentation Support:

• Preparing visual presentations for client meetings, competitions, and marketing materials.

• Create immersive experiences, such as Project Animation walkthrough tools when required.

Material and Lighting Studies:

• Conduct studies on materials, textures, and lighting to ensure realistic representation of the design, including accurate depiction of shadows, reflections, and natural lighting.

Time and Resource Management:

• Ensure that 3D modeling and rendering work is completed within project deadlines while maintaining the quality of output.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of progress and coordinating with other team members to meet timelines.

Innovation and Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest software and technology advancements in 3D visualization and rendering techniques.

• Explore innovative ways to improve the presentation of architectural designs, such as incorporating cutting-edge tools and techniques like BIM, real-time rendering, and VR/AR.

File Management:

• Organize and maintain 3D model files, textures, and render assets in a systematic manner to ensure easy access and reuse for future projects.
