• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age At least 30 years

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

• Develop concept designs and detailed working drawings in compliance with client requirements, local building codes, and authority regulations.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, functional needs, budget, and timelines.

• Work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.

• Prepare submission drawings and documents for approval from relevant authorities.

• Review shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with approved designs.

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and specifications.

• Provide design solutions to resolve site-related issues and modifications during work.

• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering where required.

• Ensure timely delivery of design packages and maintain proper documentation of all architectural works.

• Must have the knowledge on BNBC guidelines, rules and regulations.

• Ambitious out-of-the-box thinker willing to reach beyond their comfort zone and should act proactive.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Schematic design, Design Development, permitting and Construction Documentation.

• Demonstrable experience coordinating design documentation with external consultants.

• AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V Ray Rendering etc proficiency.

• Drafting the drawings as required. Meeting and Design presentation to client if required.
