Must have knowledge and experience in Fair-face Building work.
A well-documented portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Knowledge of diverse design styles and trends to accommodate client preferences.
Flexibility to travel to different project locations.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment.
Ability to handle unexpected challenges or changes during the project, such as delays in materials, design revisions, or budget adjustments.
Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc).
Responsibilities & Context:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project data base.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
