Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, layout design, technical specifications & BOQ.
∎ Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.
∎ Stay goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the 9-to-5.Experience:
∎ At least 2 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Education:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)/Civil.
∎ Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.Additional Requirements:
∎ Passion for sustainable design and functional, innovative solutions.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (with 3D rendering & working drawing skills).
∎ Experience in preparing accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with contractors.Additional Information:
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is not a remote/part-time job.
