Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and travel packages.

  • Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements.

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings.Keep up to date with airline policies, promotions, and travel trends.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the booking system.

  • Process ticket bookings for passengers via phone, in-person, or online.

  • Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets as necessary.

  • Handle changes to itineraries and assist with cancellations.

  • Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, baggage) to resolve issues.

  • Respond to customer inquiries about flight bookings and travel arrangements.

  • Assist customers with the check-in process and provide boarding information.

  • Handle complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, loyalty programs, and travel packages.

  • Manage flight reservations and ensure accurate data entry in booking systems.

  • Work with clients to customize travel itineraries according to their needs.

  • Keep up-to-date with airline schedules, fares, and industry changes.

  • Communicate with airlines to confirm flight details and resolve issues.

  • Organize travel arrangements for groups, such as corporate events or tours.

  • Negotiate group rates with airlines and other travel services.

  • Coordinate itineraries and manage bookings for all group members.

  • Provide on-site support during travel, if necessary.

  • Manage and optimize the online booking platform for user experience.

  • Monitor and analyze booking trends and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote travel packages and deals.

  • Assist customers with online booking issues and inquiries.
