∎ MBA in Marketing (or any discipline) from any recognized University.
∎ Lower educational background will only be considered for candidates with EXCEPTIONAL and relevant work experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, lead and control all the activities of the sales force in their assigned zone.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for setting individual and team sales goals for all those under their jurisdiction. Will also be responsible for ensuring the goals are achieved by all under their direction.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of products at all delivery points and locations.
∎ Will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends, must conduct regular market surveys.
∎ Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan
∎ Candidate will be expected to develop plans to identify potential new markets and grow sales volume in existing markets.
∎ Must actively pursue sales target that have been set forth by the Management and strive to exceed them.
∎ • Candidates must be willing to work in any area of Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates must be able to ride motorcycle and have a valid driving license.
∎ Candidates who do not bring a valid driving license to the interview will not be entertained.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality and be honest and hardworking with a good educational background and strong emotional and actual intelligence.
∎ Perform any other activities as may be required to support the management and the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates must be able to ride motorcycle and have a valid driving license.
∎ Candidates who do not bring a valid driving license to the interview will not be entertained.
∎ Both males and females can apply but males will be given a strong preference.
∎ Candidates must have experience in direct Sales.
∎ Candidates MUST have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and as an effective leader of a team
∎ Must have a professional and courteous personality for dealing with clients.
∎ Candidate should be persuasive, dynamic, high motivated, reliable and be willing to be a long-term and loyal employee company.
