∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Creator, or a similar role.
∎ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
∎ Familiarity with SEO principles and tools.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in both English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities of Copywriter:
∎ Make a strategic plan for copywriting, creative content management, and social media management.
∎ Write content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, articles, and other digital platforms.
∎ Create engaging and quality content in both Bangla and English.
∎ Collaborate with the team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
∎ Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to generate innovative content ideas and produce well-informed, accurate, and creative content.
∎ Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
∎ Must have a good understanding of using ChatGPT or similar tools.
∎ Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
∎ Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation tools, technologies, and trends.
∎ Regularly brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies.
∎ Collaborate with higher management, managers, the creative team, and designers.
