∎ The incumbent must be a B. Sc Engineer in mechanical

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 (Three) years working experience or Diploma engineer in mechanical with 7 (Seven) years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Training on PLC and Maintenance related matters will be added advantage
∎ Must have leadership qualities, initiative, drive, self motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working under this post.
∎ Must have good command over both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy is essential.
∎ Training on AUTO CAD, PLC and Maintenance related matters will be an added advantage.
∎ Age should be between 25 and 35 years (applicable for new recruitment).
∎ Relaxation may be made in an exceptionally suitable case.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for maintenance of all machines and equipment.
∎ Supervise maintenance activities of all machines of assigned area.
∎ Optimum use of manpower, reduce wastage of material and machinery breakdown time.
∎ Implement preventive maintenance plan of machinery of assigned area.
∎ Prepare spare parts requisition of own shift and send the same to store department through proper channel.
∎ Maintain the records of Maintenance work of concerned area.
∎ Reports regarding necessary spare parts for maintenance.
∎ Coordinate departmental activities with other departments.
∎ Discharge ISO related activities as per QSP.
∎ Take steps to prepare and safe storage of all records of the department as per ISO management system and deliver the same according to demand for higher authority.
∎ Discuss the important issues related to improvement of systems and operations of the department and seek opinion when needed.
∎ Discharge such other functions as may be assigned to this post from time to time by higher authority.
