∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ This is full time job and we are looking for competent personnel to take the challenge and the ownership of the marketing to take the company to the next level of excellence. We offer attractive salary with TA/DA and other admissible facilities including festival bonus and all.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Pesticide achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Collect Sales orders and ensure the payment confirmation.
∎ Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
∎ Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
∎ Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Frequently visit of different areas of Pesticide Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) as a Zonal Sales Manager.
∎ Must have working experience in Jessore, Khulna, Barishal & Bhola area.
∎ Applicants must have good understanding of Agro Chemicals business.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Able to take effective and timely initiative.
∎ Should be self-driven, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA/DA, Mobile bill, Tour allowance.
