Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage Zonal Merchant Acquisition team
∎ Oversee Acquisition Managers, Agencies and Field Force under specific zone
∎ Ensure acquisition of quality merchants
∎ Oversee lead collection, management and merchant pitching as per specific merchant categories
∎ Oversee KYC Management & Ensure proper merchant on boarding and training of new merchants prepare them to accept payment through bKash
∎ Cater to generic and unique merchant requests and queries
∎ Regular follow up of active base, churn & winback
∎ Find out the white spot to increase customer stickiness.
∎ Ensure ROI/ Business Goals are achieved

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience will be preferred from TELCO/MFS/Bank/Financial Institution
∎ Area Manager Profiles from Dhaka Metro experience are highly preferred.
