Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Sales Advisors toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research within the region.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of business within the region.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in Sales
∎ Bachelor/Masters from reputed Public/Private universities from any discipline.
∎ Area(s): Business Development, Corporate Sales, Direct Sales, Retail Sales.
∎ Business area(s): Banks, Manufacturing (FMCG), E - Commerce, Telco, Real Estate.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Proven Presentation & Leadership skill to run a big team.
∎ Must be target oriented and ability to meet deadline.
Salary:
∎ Salary: Negotiable (as per competencies & company policy)
