Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the market sales team.
∎ Visit as per mentioned sales route .
∎ Guide the sales team for daily target.
∎ Set goal and objective to reach monthly target.
∎ Promote the products proactively.
∎ Identify and understand current customer and potential customer needs.
∎ Extensive knowledge of product specifications and applications.
∎ Monitor relevant competitor activity on a continuous basis, communicate with them, and recommend any necessary actions.
∎ Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends in the electronics industry, as well as provide strategic information for sales development.
∎ Preparing the business deal between the client and the company.
∎ Create a strategic growth roadmap to achieve the sales goal, based on current market trends, consumer behavior, and the yearly business plan.
∎ Identify new marketplaces for increasing market share and establish a new distributor
∎ Collect, analyze, and report on sales data.
∎ Travel throughout an assigned region to train and guide Distributors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ (Including TA/DA)
