Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Agriculture Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Post Graduate in any discipline/ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage the Zone successfully by achieving the recovery target on territory wise.
∎ Strong commitment for collection of dues and over dues.
∎ To work with territory in-charge for achieving recovery target on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Design and implement different methodology for collection and recovery of dues and over dues of company's port folio.
∎ To prepare & analyze monthly overdue and monitoring status
∎ Developing market for TAFE Tractor with Agri-Machinery and Equipment; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Achieve sales target and increase market share.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
∎ Any other related work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience of agri-machinery and equipment / capital machinery / FMCG including 05 years of experience on recovery and collection management in the managerial level.
∎ Candidates who have attended interview / applied earlier need not to apply again.
∎ Agreed to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially Ms-Excel & Power Point.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Demonstrating strong analytical ability, management skill and presentation skill.
∎ Able to prepare various reports pertaining to the jobs.
∎ Interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
Salary: Negotiable
