∎ Strong Ratio analytical skills to monitor NGO activities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using software and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The applicants should have Minimum Worked Experience 2 to 5 years in this Post.
∎ Cosider if you have long experience in accounts in reputed NGO.
∎ Must Be Proficient in both Manual and Software work.
∎ Must Have Motor Cycle be driving Skills.
∎ Computer Skills

∎ Manage and oversee the financial activities of the assigned zone, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
∎ Supervise and lead the accounts team in the zone, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
∎ Conduct regular financial analysis and present insights to the management team.
∎ Monitor and assess internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to the headquarters.
∎ There shoul be a Mentality of Night Hold in the branch during branch inspection.
∎ Must Have knowledge of ratio analysis to monitor NGO activities.
∎ Must Have Full Proficiency in Accounting.
∎ Will have skills in Preparing an MIS/AIS report.
