Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any subject. Diploma in Automobile with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection target vs achievement of the region in a particular month.
∎ Drive to achieve each month’s sales & collection target
∎ Maintain all sales related documents before delivery the product with an approval from HO
∎ Ensure after sales service as per customer demand.
∎ Make group tour for default customers and arrange seize program as and when required.
∎ Ensure daily sales & collection and deposit the amount to Company bank account with a report to HQ.
∎ Scout & engage Dealers/ Agent/Brokers in the respective region.
∎ Initiate promotional activities.
∎ Management reporting on daily/weekly & monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Tractor sales & marketing.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge and information on tractor industry
∎ Good negotiation and communication skill.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
