Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.'
∎ To Manage Product Inventory, Return, Reshuffle, Requisition by ERP software.
∎ Meet monthly sales targets through the company's rule.
∎ Ensure store compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
∎ Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.
∎ Maintaining sales-marketing report & communicate it to seniors.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports as required by management.
∎ Submit a report to Supervisor through SMS & WeChat, Mail.
∎ Motivate the brand promoter team to meet sales objectives.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ To Manage administration duties such as managing store petty cash and updating financial records.
∎ To send timely the sales report to HQ.
∎ Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
∎ Handling customer complaints.
∎ Maintain & monitor marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Keep record & proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
∎ Stay updated about the present Mobile Market, competitors, and their offerings.
∎ Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven successful experience as a retail manager
∎ Powerful leading skills and business orientation
∎ Customer management skills
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
