Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Develop business of Concern products (Men's/ Junior (ladies)/ Youth's) denim trousers by coordinating local Source market and with Import Source market (china, India, Pakistan etc)
∎ Independently communicating with Head office, with Branch offices, related local and global fabric suppliers, related all trims supplier and more over with all readymade garments manufacturers with day to day order status, activities, approval, information, ideas, product developments, competitor activity, market trend and market information etc.
∎ Actively participate & assist to develop new fashion samples for new season Order placements.
∎ Explains sample specifications to Supplier,
∎ Track Order and forecast delays and prevent it or minimize its impact.
∎ Work together with Vendors merchandising teams and manager to achieve company's objective within deadline.
∎ Guide subordinate in the details work of handling each order & assist how to improve quality of work.
∎ To negotiate the best for the company to ensure market competitiveness and maximum profitability.
∎ To monitor vendor performances in terms of on time shipments, maximum quality achieves and Interest on working satisfaction.
∎ To prepare capacity planning of each vendor by product by brand and coalition and report to head Office to issue Orders accordingly
∎ To prepare Weekly/Monthly production report and update to Head office, discuss critical points

∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Punctual, Discipline, well manner and Non Smoker
Salary: Negotiable
