Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Minimum HSC
∎ National Skills Certificate level -1 in Sewing Machine Operation (NTVQF Level 1) will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Batch wise select the learner for Training (SMO) through use of Competency Standards.
∎ Regularly conduct Care Workers practical and theoretical training and ensure their skills.
∎ Make sure and effectively conduct Competency Based Training and assessment.
∎ Ensure necessary teaching learning materials for theoretical and practical are developed.
∎ Ensure that learners are assessed, certified and accredited in time.
∎ Regularly communicate with the absent learner's for continuation of their training.
∎ Provide mentoring support to targeted people/ learners to complete their training successfully.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must Operate Industrial Sewing Machine.
∎ Computer literacy will get preference.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
