∎ Bachelor (Hons) in Mathematics, Statistics will be preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should have to acquire adequate knowledge through orientation and in house training.
∎ Have the ability to accomplish the entire task assigned.
∎ Purely responsible for smooth running of the process operation.
∎ By Time Study determining capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvement
∎ Preparing workers' skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Ensure the instructions of the Industrial Engineering Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to maintain and generate various report of operation, production, garments.
∎ Remain updated with all latest information of production, Style, Order or what required on the job.
∎ Good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer Literacy is must.
∎ Must have the enthusiasm to work under pressure and diversified mode.
∎ Willing to learn quickly and be goal oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
