∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Industrial Engineering. or M. Sc/ B. Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Industrial & Production Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate efficiency, time study, capacity study, motion study and idle man, machine hours and follow-up the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
∎ Calculate pre-Standard Minute Value (SMV) and give costing of SMV for order pricing.
∎ Develop most efficient ways to use people, machines, materials, information, and energy to make product or service. Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
∎ Formulate Production Plan for Optimum productivity.
∎ Study and rearrange org charts, material flow, and operations sequence.
∎ Develop Strategy to Achieve Target for Productivity & Cost Efficiency.
∎ Line Lay out/ Machine breakdown figure out.
∎ Resolve all production problems.
∎ To maintain the floor administration
∎ To maintain good communication and counseling with the workers
∎ Ensure Effective Utilization of Company Resources.
∎ Achieve Overall goal of Quality Objectives in order to Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have working experience in woven garments factories and preference will be given who have working experience on Blazers and Dress pants factory.
