Proven Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and customizing WordPress websites.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with WooCommerce, including setting up and managing online stores.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugin customization.
• Website migrations to WordPress from another platform.
• Transform UI/UX (PSD/XD/Figma) to WordPress.
• Experience with WooCommerce customizations, including payment gateways, shipping methods, and product configurations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, and integrating third-party services. 
• Plus points for deep understanding WP Theme Development or MERN-Stack or Shopify (but not required).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Design and User Experience:

• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, Divi, or Visual Composer.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.

Problem Solving & Debugging:

• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to debug complex issues.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and other debugging aids.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Presentation skills should be top-notch.

We are seeking a skilled WordPress and WooCommerce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. Responsibilities and Duties:

Development and Customization:

• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
• Enhance WooCommerce functionality, including product pages, checkout processes, payment methods, and integrations.
• Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs to ensure a seamless user experience.

Maintenance and Support:

• Regularly update WordPress and WooCommerce installations, including themes and plugins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, speed, and security.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing websites, ensuring they remain functional and up-to-date.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to bring website concepts to life.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize eCommerce strategies.

Optimization:

• Optimize website performance by minimizing load times and improving overall speed.
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure websites are search engine friendly.
• Integrate analytics tools and track website performance metrics.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, customizations, and development processes.
• Train clients or team members on managing and updating WordPress and WooCommerce sites.

Site Development:

• Build and launch WordPress websites from concept through deployment.
• Customize WooCommerce to enhance eCommerce functionality and user experience.

Feature Implementation:

• Implement new features and functionalities based on client or project requirements.
• Modify existing plugins and themes to extend functionality or meet specific needs.

Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of websites, including cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Backup and Recovery:
