∎ Main purpose of the role:
∎ As a Women and Girls Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for conduct group activities for women and girls at WGFS and communities inside camps, extension area and host communities under the guidance from SGBV Manager.
∎ Overall Objectives (scope)
∎ You are Women and Girls Group Facilitator for Protection-GBV team. Your station is WGFS to provide group activities for women and girls at WGFS and communities inside camp, extension area and host communities in Cox's bazar under the guidance from SGBV Manager.
∎ Specific Responsibilities
∎ Perform other duties, as appropriate and requested by supervisor
∎ Position Reports to: GBV associate
∎ Position directly supervises: Volunteers
∎ Budget responsibility: N/A
∎ Join plan with protection officer;
∎ Conduct variety of group activities at WGFS and joint conduct activities with Mobile Trained Psychosocial Worker (MTPSW) in communities for women and girls; group discussion, edutainment, relaxation & recreation, alternative learning and empowering activities.
∎ Supervise, training, coaching, mentoring and monitoring volunteers in WGFS
∎ Support awareness raising campaign and event activities as needed
∎ Register women and girls who received care with segregated age-, sex-, location and report to GBV associate daily
∎ Document number of appropriated referring GBV cases to access to service providers and report daily to GBV/ CP case management
∎ Maintain good coordination/ collaboration with other RI staffs, partner and other stakeholder
∎ Ensure recognized international best practices and Relief International policies are applied in the work with women, girls and vulnerable persons
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with NGO in Cox's bazar is preferable
∎ Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
∎ Able to conduct group activities
∎ Understand principle of care to women and children
∎ Good knowledge of local context, strongly preferred
∎ Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and support unexpected task.
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ Flexibility
∎ Language Skills:
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bangali and Rohingya
∎ Good command in English, an asset
