Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building Strategy for Wholesale Channel as well as setting targets per Wholesaler.
∎ Ensuring the cascade and implementation of all JTI directions.
∎ Ensuring proper management, utilization and inventory management of Wholesaler.
∎ Analyzing Wholesale development, define and utilize growth potential.
∎ Setting-up a positive business and personal relationship with JTI sales team and wholesalers in order to ensure a long-term success within the assigned geographical area.
∎ Ensuring good working relationship with cross functional Team
∎ Ensuring sufficient stock load and prevent Out of Stock (OOS) issues in the Wholesale Channel
∎ Ensuring Warehouse compliance of FIFO to reduce Bad Order/Return Stocks incidence in Wholesaler level through proper strategy and Execution
∎ Ensuring timely, accurate and complete daily, weekly and monthly set of reports for Wholesale.
∎ Conducting monthly business review.
∎ Providing analysis and provides insights on the current business scenario of Channel.
∎ Planning and implementation of Different price strategy for different Channels of Wholesaler and also pricing strategy per sub Channel.
∎ To recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
∎ Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
