∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and Achieve Coverage, Productivity KPI’s, Call Economics and working practices
∎ Achieve offtake target by brand by SKU
∎ Achieve excellent merchandising and trade programs execution
∎ Regular field and Wholesaler visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and program implementation
∎ Design sub Channel territory/Area wise program.
∎ Execute Sub Channel Programs.
∎ Establish synergy and cooperation with the team
∎ Build good relationship to Wholesale outlets specially to the key partners
∎ To ensure proper and compliant credit management
∎ Half Yearly and Yearly Business Review with Big Wholesalers
∎ Ensure Timely reports and sales analysis
∎ Report by maintaining 100% Sales Information System Compliance
∎ Competition activity and take defensive measures
∎ Inventory and Stock Rotation Report
∎ Ensures sufficient stock load and prevent Out of Stock (OOS) issues.
∎ Ensures Wholesale compliance of FIFO to reduce Bad Order/Return Stocks incidence
