Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain co-operative relation with Management and workers, welfare officer will act to established a bridge and will arrange discussion if required.
∎ Welfare officer will inform the Management for rapid solution if workers have own or collective problem or grievances.
∎ Welfare officer will have to realize the worker’s opinion or problem and assist workers and Management to reduce mutual contradiction.
∎ If arise any contradiction both workers and Management, Welfare officer will use self-influence to arbitration.
∎ Welfare officer will negotiate with worker’s representative and management about salary-wages and job terms and conditions
∎ To work to develop Worker-Management relationship.
∎ To maintain liaison with factory doctor to provide effective medical facilities to the workers.
∎ To encourage the workers to raise their different committee like joint production committee, welfare committee and monitor their activities.
∎ To look after worker’s different facilities like (Canteen, rest room, child care room, wash room facilities and drinking water facilities)
∎ To convince the management for approval about workers paying leave and notify the workers other rules and regulations.
∎ To work to workers good working atmosphere and life style and other welfare related matters.
∎ Encourage and recommend the authority to orientation program for the newcomer, workers educational development and train up the workers in technical institute.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
