• Core Skills: Modern JavaScript/Node.js/React, Database Optimization

• 3+ years shipping production code

• Comfortable with working in an AI heavy development environment. Experience with Claude Code or Codex or plus, or a strong willingness to learn

This role will involve maintaining, improving and building new core systems.

You will:

• Build Node.js / React features for our internal tools and website

• Solve complex integration challenges (APIs, tracking systems, AI-powered apps)

• Work with the latest AI coding tools e.g. Claude Code, Codex and others.

• Help make architectural decisions that will shape our tech stack for years
