∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular), HTML5, and CSS3.
∎ Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and following best development practices.
∎ Understanding of modern build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
∎ Familiarity with database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
∎ Experience developing mobile applications using a framework such as Flutter (preferred but not essential).
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain high-performance web applications for education and charity sector projects.
∎ Implement responsive and scalable front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP).
∎ Work closely with a dedicated client to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
∎ Optimise website performance to ensure fast load times, smooth user experience, and adherence to SEO best practices.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in web applications, ensuring high stability and reliability.
∎ Develop or support mobile application projects using a framework such as Flutter (preferred).
∎ Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the wider Pixable team to ensure successful project outcomes.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects remain innovative and cutting-edge.

In this role, you will work on a select number of projects for a single client in the education and charity sectors, helping to build digital solutions that create real-world impact. You will develop and maintain modern web applications that support organisations making a difference.While you will primarily focus on a single client’s projects, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider Pixable team for support and expertise when needed.The ideal candidate will have strong competencies in modern web development, including object-oriented programming (OOP), JavaScript frameworks, PHP, and front-end technologies. Experience in mobile app development using a framework like Flutter would be highly advantageous.
