∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Betting Website Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Betting Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our online betting platform. You will work closely with our team of designers, product managers, and stakeholders to create a seamless and engaging user experience for our customers. ∎ Familiarity with popular betting markets, odds calculation, and betting rules.
∎ Experience integrating with third-party betting and odds providers, such as Betfair, Bet365, or similar platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Web Development: Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred. Knowledge of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Backend Development: Strong understanding of backend technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar. Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is essential.
∎ Online Betting Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the online betting industry, including sports betting, casino games, and gambling activities. Familiarity with popular betting markets, odds calculation, and betting rules is crucial.
∎ Third-Party Integrations: Experience in integrating with third-party betting and odds providers, payment gateways, and other relevant APIs. Knowledge of integrating affiliate tracking systems and real-time data feeds is advantageous.
∎ Develop and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable online betting platform.
∎ Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern web development technologies.
∎ Implement responsive web design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices.
∎ Integrate with third-party APIs and payment gateways for seamless transactions.
∎ Optimize website performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
∎ Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues promptly.
∎ Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our platform.
∎ Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications, preferably in the online betting or gambling industry.
∎ Strong proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
∎ Experience working with backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails).
∎ Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience writing efficient SQL queries.
∎ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
∎ Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing them in web applications.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

∎ Knowledge of real-time data feeds and experience integrating live streaming or live betting features.
∎ Familiarity with geolocation services and ability to implement location-based restrictions.
∎ Understanding of affiliate marketing and experience integrating affiliate tracking systems.
∎ Ability to develop and implement betting algorithms or trading systems for automated betting activities.
∎ Familiarity with odds comparison tools and ability to integrate such functionality into the website.
∎ Experience with sports data APIs and ability to retrieve, process, and display sports-related data (e.g., match results, player statistics, etc.).
∎ Strong problem-solving skills specific to the challenges faced in the betting industry, such as handling high traffic, managing concurrent user sessions, and maintaining data integrity.
