∎ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored proposals and quotes.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
∎ Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
