Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make the proper planning of washing and make report of production achievement.
∎ Strictly use the manpower of washing and take the optimum level efficiency against production,
∎ Follow up the kniting planning & make up the shipment schedule as per plan.
∎ Make the plan of washing full month base on machine capacity.
∎ Have knowledge of computer (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint) including mail communication.
∎ End of the Month focus on the revenue and study against planning then submit report to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Production Management (Washing) and Washing Factory.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Well organized and time management skills to meet deadlines.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead and motivate the subordinates.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to complete the task within a given time-frame.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Able to lead the team independently.
∎ Have knowledge of clear every washing process. Experience should be 4-5 years for sweater and knit washing.

Salary: Negotiable
