Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide and advice necessary training and technical knowledge for garment makers and laundries to adhere to next SOP procedure & compliance.
∎ Audit existing washing plants & identify their capabilities in order to formulate Garment Washing Plants Strategy for entire NS BD business based on Pricing / Product / Wash Technique & lead time
∎ Develop "New washing plant selection criteria" with relevant SOP and documentation
∎ Write and implement an improved operating procedures manual for wet and dry
∎ Analyze washing processes at development stage and provide SOP guideline for Next Internal team, laundries to control of Wet/Dry processes for execute on bulk production.
∎ Gauge and track laundry process on chemical application, liquor ratio, wash temp, cycle length in compliance to recipe set.
∎ Guide washing plants to make innovations far with next forth coming future design trends.
∎ Source & develop new washing plants which are suitable NS BD after making audit & recommendations.
∎ Support communications and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management.
∎ Train employees on, garment dye & denim washing process with correct techniques.
∎ Standardize all chemical formulations with entire next BD washing plant base.
∎ Cut chemical usage levels while reducing costs.
∎ Develop new washes, increase production output, improve quality & reduced re-washes
∎ Interact with merchants & designers in improving production methods.
∎ Advise production friendly & Economic of scale wash/dye methods for production of NSBD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in wash plant
∎ Working experience overseas is an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
