Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure successful implementation and effective management of the project activities.
∎ Assist the Project Upazila Coordinator in overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of the project.
∎ Conduct WASH assessment on targeted community in the selected area.
∎ Conduct participatory approach in promoting sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene practices in targeted area.
∎ Prepare effective Community Action Plan (CAP) through involving the targeted community people.
∎ to conduct hygiene session at community and institutional levels
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with CATS, CLTS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
