∎ Working experience in WASH field and community mobilization.
∎ Community mobilization and facilitation on WASH program.
∎ Ability to work within a team.
∎ Attitude to work flexible hours if required.
∎ Working experience with WASH or relevant working experience Work experience in Cox's Bazar is preferable.
∎ Able to communicate in the local language (Cox’s Bazar)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess the needs and resources required for software interventions and plan for an appropriate integrated response and community engagement.
∎ Assist the technical person with the assessment of the suitable site selection for WASH interventions.
∎ Assist in the implementation of software interventions to address priority on public health risks according to the agreed plan and complementary.
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in the software interventions.
∎ Use participatory approaches as far as possible throughout the program cycle, in training, and in the use of toolkits and other materials.
∎ Ensure that hygiene promotion activities are in line with the RANARS Approach, relevant WASH policies, and other relevant national policies.
