Minimum 7–10 years in washing marketing (denim/non-denim) within a reputed garment or washing facility.
Strong expertise in washing processes, chemicals, and finishing techniques.
Sound understanding of sustainable washing technologies and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and buyer negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, costing, and pricing ability.
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wash Marketing Manager to lead our washing business development and buyer relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing wash marketing activities, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring superior service to global buyers through innovation and technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with international and local buyers.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in denim and non-denim washing.
- Understand buyer requirements and coordinate wash developments, sampling, and approvals.
- Prepare wash costings, quotations, and negotiate pricing to achieve business targets.
- Work closely with production, R&D, and merchandising teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and buyer feedback to support business decisions.
- Drive innovation in wash techniques, sustainable processes, and eco-friendly applications.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
