Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ MBA or Bachelor in any discipline ( Textile or chemical ) will be preferred
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience of Washing marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Washing Marketing of a 100% export-oriented woven/ Knit washing factories and able to generate Minimum 300K$ business
∎ Take necessary step to fill the monthly basis order by keeping in view of both plant capacity and their utilization
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Make a healthy relationship with the client
∎ Give feedback for latest trend and market forecast and demand
∎ Have concrete monthly basis plan to Generate business with existing and new customers
∎ Analyze the competitor and find the uniqueness in existing plant for new customers
∎ Negotiates the price and values of company products with customers and finalizes orders.
∎ Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for timely dispatch.
∎ Coordinates with the Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers' complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Provides inputs into the costing of products based on market surveys to eliminate any loss due to wrong pricing.
∎ Supports the development of a performance-driven culture amongst all employees.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ Plan, organize, lead, and control the total activity of a washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
∎ To develop the samples with the required wash/treatment along with several propositions as standard.
∎ Knowledge of washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling, and the development of new washes.
∎ Production follows up with the washing plant.
∎ Creative inputs on new wash ideas which are lined with trends and customer expectations.
∎ Do Follow ups of Financial recovery with the client with due diligence
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Production Management (Washing), wash chemicals, and Washing Factory.
∎ Should have good technical knowledge about washing plants.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty, and openness.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team-building skills.
∎ Good people skills, communicating and listening, and the ability to build a team who can provide the administrative services required.
∎ Able to demonstrate a systematic and common-sense approach in order to effectively play the designated role.
∎ It is essential to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
∎ Result-oriented, ability to multi-task, handle and bring issues to a close.
∎ Achieve and improve the company's key performance indicators.
∎ Years of Technical experience combined with the understanding of the buyer’s language.
∎ Expert in email communication and Have sound knowledge of Excel and Power point
