Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
10 to 15 years experience in wet processing, 10 to 15 years in a knit composite factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with the team through technical advice.
∎ Ensure initial, blanket, 1st batch, Random bulk & closing goods product safety & quality.
∎ Capable to maintain the costing based on different wash types & styles.
∎ Maintain the basic SOP of the wet process.
∎ Rewash or rework percentage should be kept at the minimum level.
∎ Ensure floor & shift discipline and safety relates issues and control MMR.
∎ Ensure to buyer SOP, COC & Requirement based production.
∎ Must utilize the maximum capacity of wet process machinery.
∎ Working Experience with buyer H&M, C&A, LIDL, NEXT, KIABI will get preference.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Technical knowledge of Washing.
∎ Self-motivated and should have leadership capabilities.
∎ Must be ready to work at Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
Salary: Negotiable
