Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering / Water Resource Management Engineering and Diploma in Civil Engineer with 8 years’ experience.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Preparation of design, drawing & BoQ’s Field coordination, Reporting, etc.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability-Computer skills (Have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Water GEMS, EPANET, Compass Software GIS, MS Office).
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and in response to changing needs.
∎ Have a better understanding of WASH sector standards.
∎ Experience in construction, Operation & Maintenance of desalination reverse osmosis (RO) systems, latrines, and the WASH block facilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and reviewing the design, drawing and BoQ to desalination reverse osmosis (RO) systems, latrines, and the WASH block facilities.
∎ To assist technical support for production borehole drilling as well as assist in preparing bore log report, geophysical logging & use of water logger at borehole.
∎ To assist technical support in conducting Pump tests to ensure the maximum level of abstraction rate for meeting the demand.
∎ Provide technical support for the installation of water supply facilities such as production boreholes as well as the water distribution network system.
∎ Regular monitoring of the quality and quantity of water distribution network’s construction works following technical specifications, drawings, and designs.
∎ Conducting regular monitoring and full technical supervision and providing technical inputs to the associates.
∎ Develop detailed O&M plans for different water supply service facilities of desalination reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
∎ To maintain up-to-date records of all construction activities, and quality checks of construction materials and equipment at the store as well as the construction site.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly, and any other reports as the program demands.
∎ Field coordination with Local administration, DPHE, LGI, CiC, and other Stakeholders & acting partners in the refugee camp & host community.
∎ Supervise the site engineer & vendor in overall planning, designing, implementation & monitoring of the Project.
∎ Exhibit spiritual maturity, integrity, and a dynamic personal sense of life calling

Employment Status: Contractual
