∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Water Resource Management Engineering.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in the sector of WASH and Arsenic mitigation.
∎ Construction management, technical knowledge on drawings, quality control, Stakeholder management, Problem solving, Reporting etc.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism –Good skills in ensuring quality materials.
∎ Dynamic and proactive, with a focus on ensuring the use of quality materials.
∎ Proficient in interpreting civil engineering drawings and overseeing related works.
∎ Experience in construction, Operation & Maintenance of tubewell.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in installation, repair, training, and tendering of various types of water technology.
∎ Supervise on-site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to plans and specifications.
∎ Conduct site inspections and verify that all work adheres to project specifications and safety regulations.
∎ Conduct WASH assessment on targeted community in the selected area followed by the participatory approach in promoting sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area.
∎ To assist the Project Team Leader in overall planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring of the project.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Highlights:
∎ To provide services for Technical Assistance to DPHE for Strengthening Community Capacity and Arsenic Mitigation Initiatives to Ensure Drinking Water Safety for All.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until May 31, 2025.
