Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., CPIM) is a strong advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and distribution logistics.Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations in a warehouse environment.Familiarity with modern warehouse technologies and WMS software.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.Strong data analysis skills using MS Excel or other tools for reporting and decision-making.Knowledge of lean warehouse principles and process improvement methodologies.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.

• Manage and optimize inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the integrity and condition of goods, particularly focusing on expiry management for sensitive products.

• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring high performance, adherence to SOPs, and a culture of safety and accountability.

• Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other software to track inventory, manage workflows, and generate performance reports.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs related to labor, equipment, and storage.

• Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information.
