Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Data collection, community mobilization.
∎ At least two years of experience in community mobilization activities.
∎ Women candidates will be highly preferable.
∎ Strong social and communication Skills.
∎ Having good organizing Capacity.
∎ Sound in collecting qualitative data to generate knowledge.
∎ Experience working in southwest Bangladesh would be an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ She/he must be a permanent or nearby union resident with an excellent social personality and strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ S/he will be responsible for working closely with the community, supervising the project intervention activities, repairing works, reporting the progress, organizing training, and facilitating the community/groups.
