Responsibilities & Context:
Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate when necessary.
Support special events, banquets, and in-room dining as required.
Assist in upselling food & beverage items to maximize revenue.
