Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement VSLA activities existing and formation of new ones at community levelas per provided guideline;
∎ Help to make group formation and provide clear concept on VSLA to the Beneficiaries;
∎ Monitor activities of at least 70 VSLA groups for each month;
∎ Monitor all VSLA groups and collect data for input and updating of NJP MIS;
∎ Monthly work plan and assist Monthly/Bi-monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Report preparation;
∎ Prepare List and names of VSLA groups formed with valid membership;
∎ Meet regularly (quarterly) with each VSLA to assess progress towards objectives;
∎ At least visit 04 communities per day;
∎ Assess capacity of existing VSLAs, including training needs and propose actions to build their management capacities;
∎ Monthly report on VSLA loan utilization (number of group members who have taken loans. Amount and purpose of loan);
∎ Provide on-going support and oversight of the local financial institutions identified by the project;
∎ Contribute to effectively linking and integrating activities with the other NJP components
∎ Micro finance or entrepreneurship;
∎ Organize exchange visits between Village Savings & Loans groups;
∎ Conduct follow up visits to support Village Savings and Loan associations beneficiaries;
∎ Assist to make bi-laws for VSLA Group.
∎ Mobilize and raise awareness of the community leaders or civil society members on savings group process;
∎ Assist Field Facilitator to mobilize Agriculture & Livelihoods participant, form savings group and prepare IGA HHs monitoring plan and follow up;
∎ Assist Field Facilitator to train group members according to the Winrock International Savings group guide;
∎ Support Field Facilitator to visit Agriculture & Livelihoods participants HHs for proper use of their loan received from VSLA and implementation of lGAs;
∎ Train group members to operate the savings group independently;
∎ Performs other duties that may be required from time to time as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
