• 3-5 years' experience in fashion retail VM management

• Strong fashion and styling sense

• Commercial understanding

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion retail VM management

• Strong fashion, styling, and commercial sense

• Knowledge of Europe & UK market trends and buyer expectations will be preferred

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Luxury fashion / international brand experience

• Photoshop or Canva knowledge

• Photography, styling, trend forecasting, and multi-store management experience

We are looking for a creative, organized, and fashion-driven Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager to lead store presentation, product placement, styling, and commercial display strategy across retail stores.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage VM strategies for all store locations

• Ensure stores follow company VM guidelines and brand standards

• Create attractive product displays, outfit combinations, and seasonal presentations

• Monitor store presentation through photos, reports, and store visits

• Analyze sales performance to improve product placement and sell-through

• Coordinate with buying, operations, and marketing teams

• Train store teams on VM standards and presentation techniques

• Manage window displays, wall presentations, table displays, color coordination, styling, and store flow
