Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialists to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our fashion and e-commerce brands.

If you understand performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ROAS growth, we would love to hear from you.

  • Focus Area: Facebook & Instagram Advertising

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns

  • Build high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad strategies

  • Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS

  • Create audience targeting strategies, including lookalike and retargeting audiences

  • Monitor daily ad spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and conversion metrics

  • Work closely with content creators and designers for ad creatives

  • Test multiple creatives, hooks, and campaign structures

  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

  • Track customer behavior and optimize the marketing funnel

  • Manage catalog ads, dynamic ads, and remarketing campaigns
