• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing professional, preferably within the real estate, architecture, or luxury goods sector.
• Hands-on expertise in creating, optimizing, and reporting on large-scale paid marketing budgets.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Graphics Design and Video Editing/Motion Graphics (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools are essential).
• In-depth knowledge of current SEO trends and tools.
• Demonstrable skill in WordPress website management (themes, plugins, security, and content management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• A passion for design, aesthetics, and the property market.
• Must Have Experience In both Digital Marketing & Graphics Design

What You'll Do:

You'll be the engine driving our online visibility and the visual voice of our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and meticulously optimize paid marketing campaigns (e.g., social media ads, Google Ads) to generate high-quality leads for property sales and design projects.

• Organic Growth & Visibility: Drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for our key properties and services through expert SEO (Search Engine Optimization) implementation and monitoring.

• Visual Storytelling: Lead the creation of engaging visual content that highlights our architectural projects and interior designs:

• Graphics Design: Produce high-quality images for social media, website banners, and digital brochures.

• Video & Motion Graphics: Film, edit, and produce compelling promotional videos and add professional motion graphics to bring our designs to life.

• Website Oversight: Ensure our digital storefront is pristine by managing, securing, and updating our Wordpress website, making sure it always provides an excellent user experience.

• Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
