Requirements:

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline

• Good observation and analytical skills

• CCTV/security monitoring experience will be an advantage

• Retail, security, or operational control experience preferred

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills:

• Fashion retail experience

• POS and cash handling knowledge

• Store operations monitoring experience

• Problem-solving mindset

• Good reporting and follow-up ability

We are looking for a highly responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented person to monitor security systems, retail operations, staff behavior, cash handling, and store compliance across multiple fashion retail locations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail operations, CCTV/security monitoring, store control, reporting, or compliance supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV/security camera systems

• Control daily store opening and closing procedures

• Monitor staff discipline, customer service, and store compliance

• Check cash and POS transaction handling procedures

• Review suspicious activities, theft, fraud, or irregularities

• Track daily store activity, customer traffic, and operational issues

• Prepare daily, weekly, incident, and compliance reports

• Coordinate with store managers, regional managers, and head office
