Responsibilities & Context:
Manage day-to-day man guarding operations and provide regular reports to the Head of Operations (Southern Zone).
Coordinate with the Recruitment and Training Team to ensure timely deployment of security personnel as per operational requirements.
Ensure effective delivery of man guarding services to clients through proper supervision and team management.
Conduct regular client visits to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with contractual obligations.
Maintain strong client relationships, obtain feedback, and take necessary corrective actions within assigned authority.
Investigate security incidents and prepare reports as required.
Conduct security surveys, risk assessments, and recommend appropriate security measures when necessary.
Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and overall service quality at assigned sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.
