Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Stock Management Specialist to manage inventory operations, stock control, warehouse coordination, RFID processes, and product movement across multiple retail stores and warehouses.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in stock management, warehouse operations, retail inventory, RFID scanning, product transfer, and inventory reporting.

  • Job Type: Full-time / Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily stock operations across stores and warehouses

  • Monitor stock levels, transfers, and replenishment processes

  • Control inventory accuracy and reduce stock discrepancies

  • Manage RFID scanning and stock verification processes

  • Coordinate store-to-store and warehouse transfers

  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Analyze slow-moving and fast-selling products

  • Support stores with stock availability and product allocation

  • Investigate damaged, missing, or mismatched products

  • Generate stock, inventory, and operational reports for management
